Storm breaker review

Storm breaker

This term our class read a book called the storm breaker and when we finished the book we watch the movie to see the similarities and differences from the book to the movie.

The book is about a boy who is 14 and trying to find out information about who killed his uncle.
Ian rider, (the uncle) is a spy who works for M16 but he was killed by a man called yassen gregorovich. Alex rider is a teenage boy still in school going to do a dangerous mission but first he has to go to boot camp and do obstacles. But when he gets there he has to do dangerous things one of them is swimming with a big and deadly jellyfish.

Characters
Ian rider: A spy working for M16
Alex rider: A teenage boy on a mission
Yassen gregorovich: the world’s deadliest assassin
Darrius sayle: The person who makes the storm-breaker

My highlights in the book were when Alex rid the quad bike through the bad people and killed them all.
My highlight in the movie was when he defeated all the people in the scrap metal yard and walked off like nothing happen.

I prefer the book for someone who likes reading a lot and I prefer the movie to people who like action packed scenes.

Alex rider: A 14 year old boy that goes on a mission for M16 to find out information about who killed his uncle and he also had to kill or stop people getting with his black belt karate moves, but he does seem the same as in the book.

Jack starbright: Jack may sound like a male name but in the movie she is Alex’s house keeper but she supports Alex the hole way through the mission then right at the end she helps him go stop Darrius sayle ignite the storm breaker.

The storm breaker book and the movie are both cool but I think the movie has more detail so watch the movie.
